I will ship your products within 1-3 days after receiving payment. As, in general, my products are small and light, I ship them on a letter by registered mail.
I ship large orders on a box. I’ll always give you a tracking number so that you can check where your order is at any time.
Standard shipping costs
For small products (all, except backpacks):
- Spain: 3.90€
- Europe: 6€
- Rest of the world: 6.60€
Standard shipping costs for backpacks:
- Spain: 6.40€
- Europe: 12€
- Rest of the world: 18.35€
Shipping costs will be added to your order total in the shopping cart so that you can see the amount before the checkout.
Shipping is free for orders over 75€. This will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart when the product value is higher than 75€.
Standard shipping. These are the estimated delivery times counting from the day I ship your package.
- Spain: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- USA and Canada: 10- 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 3-4 weeks
Unfortunately, specially now due to the Covid-19, I can’t guarantee that these estimated delivery times are kept.

Import taxes and customs
Customer is responsible for any additional costs due to customs or taxes. If your delivery address is outside the European Union, you may have to pay some kind of import tax when the package arrives to your country. These costs vary in each country based on the type of product, value, country of origin, weight or dimensions. I would love to be able to tell you more about if you would have to pay and how much, but it’s impossible for me to know the current legislation of every country. I strongly recommend you to get this information before placing your order and you won’t have surprises later.
Modify or cancel an order
You can cancel an order withing 2 hours after placing it. Send an e-mail to email@example.com. After that your order is already in process or being shipped and it will be impossible to cancel it. Likewise, if after placing your order you realize that some of your delivery information or the product details (like size or color) are incorrect, send me an e-mail as soon as possible so that I can modify your order before being shipped.
Cai Monkey Crafts retains the right to cancel any order that is fake or fraudulent.
Returns and exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after receiving the product. For example, if the product is not your size, or you are not pleased with the color, you can exchange it for another one. Or if you prefer to return it, I will refund the value of the product, without the shipping costs. You don’t need to explain why you want to return or exchange it. You simply notify me by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will tell you how you can return it.
I don’t accept returns or exchanges on products that have already been used, are damaged for incorrect use or past the 14 days deadline. The cost of the product will be refunded once I have received it in perfect condition. The client is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
If the product is defective I will refund the full price including shipping costs.
In no case I will refund an order due to delays due to reasons out of my control like bad weather or customs procedures. I always ship your orders on time according to my processing times and I do everything I can to meet the delivery estimates. However, these delivery times are just estimations and sadly, I can’t guarantee that the postal service and the delivery companies will meet them. In case the delivery of a package is taking longer than usual I will make a complaint to the postal service (Correos España). They will request an investigation to find out where the package is. Apart from exceptions, the product will be reship or the money refunded only after the resolution of this investigations says the package is lost.
