To ensure a proper fit, I strongly recommend measuring your wrist before placing an order. First, measure your wrist with measuring tape or a cord and a ruler. Compare that measure with the sizes available. If you are between sizes, order the smaller size, as you can always open the bracelet with the sliding knot and wear it looser if you like.
