Macrame bracelet with small obsidian stones

Bracelet with natural black obsidian chip gemstones. It is handmade, knot by knot, using macrame technique, high quality wax cord and small silver plated beads.
Wax cord makes this gemstone bracelet very durable. It has a sliding knot closure to adjust the bracelet to your wrist and is waterproof. Because of that, you don’t have to take it off when you go to the beach or shower. It doesn’t get damaged by water. Moreover, colors don’t wash out as times goes by.

Sizes:
– Medium: fit wrists from 14 to 16.5 cm (5.5 to 6.5 inches)
– Large: fit wrists from 16.5 cm to 19 cm (6.5 to 7.5 inches)

Find out your size: first, measure your wrist with measuring tape or a cord and a ruler. If your measure is just between medium and large size, order medium if you prefer to wear it loose and choose large if you look for tight-fitting. If your wrist is larger than 16 cm, large size is all right, as you can always open the bracelet with the sliding knot and adapt it to your wrist.

Black obsidian properties, Capricorn birthstone

Black obsidian is a vitreous rock of volcanic origin. It can be more or less opaque or translucent and have metallic reflections. Like many other rocks, it is believed to have energetic and spiritual properties. Among them, it is said to help dissolve and transform negative energy. Astrologically, it is mostly associated with Capricorn.
